We are 100% dedicated, experienced and are insolvency practitioners licensed by the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.
We are also a member firm of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) as well as a member of the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL International). Also, our Founders are Chartered Accountants by Profession.

Below are amongst the cases that we have managed:
Court Liquidations for companies involved in manufacturing, property development, shipping, industrial equipment and supply. A recovery of more than RM50 million was recovered and distributed to the creditors.
Voluntary Liquidations for companies involved in construction, trading, and investment holding with dividend distribution to shareholders and creditors totaling more than RM20 million.
Receiver and Manager appointed for timber processing factory in East Malaysia. Together with the co-operation of the directors, a total more than RM5 million was recovered.
Independent Business Review on manufacturing companies for bank assessment purposes.
Handling of tender exercise for company looking to divest with RM22 million deal completed.
